I have lost 58.8 pound...Jayne said it beautifully!

I have lost 58.8 pounds since August 18th. I began on a prepackaged program but after about 9 weeks transitioned to a low cal/low fat diet of my own invention...the one consistent factor through it all has been exercise though, walking is my choice, 4-5 times a week.Kelleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10386628818378891766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17343988.post-48416335829327075902009-11-29T11:12:44.385-06:002009-11-29T11:12:44.385-06:00What Jayne said LOL!What Jayne said LOL!The Bughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07509037206264761261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17343988.post-16012283261168043602009-11-28T17:06:19.469-06:002009-11-28T17:06:19.469-06:00It's not about "will power" but rath...It's not about "will power" but rather about truly making a choice. Empowering yourself to know that you can. We all can. There is comfort in habits, bad and good, and so when we get into a rut, we simply have to behave ourselves back into a healthy place. You can do it! I am here to be your cheerleader. :c)Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14057094040409159429noreply@blogger.com
